Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund. Please note that you have 14 days to return your product. Should you wish to return an item please send an email to returns@shadeshack.online which includes your order name and order number and we will promptly reply with return instructions. Please note: All returns must be in UNUSED condition, with original, undamaged manufacturers cases, cleaning cloth, paperwork and certificate of authenticity & tags intact. We strongly recommend returning your product with a service that provides a tracking number (USPS, FED EX, UPS) as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Shade Shack will refund your payment within 3 to 5 days after the return has been received and reviewed. It's that easy! NO RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURN ITEMS!

Exchange Policy

You have 14 days to request an exchange. Once we receive and review your returned item(s), your credit card will either be charged or credited depending on the value of your exchange, and a new tracking number will be issued once your package has been shipped. Standard shipping charges may apply.
